THE GREAT DUNMOW TOWN BAND
The Great Dunmow Town Band (formerly known as Dunmow Wind Band) is a concert band based in Great Dunmow, Essex. We play a wide range of music from pop, jazz, film, show, big band and traditional.
The band consists of Brass, Woodwind, Lead Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard and Drums and our musicians are all ages and music abilities. We are a fun, relaxed concert band who enjoy playing a wide range of music and all new members are welcome so feel free to come along to a rehearsal to see what we are all about. We rehearse on Monday nights from 7pm in Foakes Hall, Stortford Road, Great Dunmow.

The band has entertained large audiences at a wide range of events, raising upwards of £50,000 to benefit charities in our local community.
The Great Dunmow Youth Band was formed in September 2024 and is a happy band of young musicians of varying abilities. Go to Youth Band to find out more about them
